Oracle has a pretty generous free tier: https://www.oracle.com/cloud/free/

You could also keep rotating it on multiple VPS provider's free trial(Digital Ocean, Hetzner, Vultr, etc).

At the end of the day though, VPS are pretty cheap and it might just be better to pay for one.
