FYI, you might got more return by delegating to ecency instead. But I'm not 100% sure about that
I would advise to first grow your account a bit more before you start delegating.
I don't know if 200HP already results in an upvote above the dust treshold of $0.02.
Not sure if delegating to ecency even give upvotes. I get daily Hive from them
They don't give upvotes as far as I know.

Tbh I have no clue what is considered dust votes and when it has some value.
I used to think that if a vote was under a value then it would accumulate dust and give rewards based on that, when curating
I held off on delegating for some time, but decided to delegate again due to time reasons. I'm going to be fairly busy and can't interact daily for the next few months(private reasons) and so I chose to delegate to a trusted source(@ocdb) rather than vote myself.
I'll probably revisit this once I've got the time and pull back some of the delegation and vote myself.
