Are you able to get money from your electric company or is it just credits that possible expire?

I can withdraw from the credit fund, but I'll let it build up for now as it does not expire.
That's a lot better than here in the US! None of the companies let you withdraw. They just give you credit that expires at the end(or start, I don't recall) of summer.
