I enjoy burning stuff, especially when there's trouble going on. I attach a thought to each piece that I throw into the fire until I'm out of thoughts. It's cleansing.

Some of my friends whose therapists got them to do it or tried for themselves felt the same way (usually they wrote on a piece of paper and burned it in a candle if they didn't have a campfire). Hope you feel better :)
