Oh my heavens, what a story. This should be in a literary journal. Just perfect.
Didn't see this comment till now; thank you. I actually thought of saving this for journal submissions, but I was excited to share in the Ink Well right away, rather than waiting a few months to make the rounds.
I love it when a piece we've written excites us. We need feedback. We need to have it live in someone else's head. The Inkwell's gain...the journals' loss :)
