I finally got sick enough with the old laptop to upgrade. Any Linux distro suggestions? I typically like to keep things vanilla: have used Ubuntu and Mint mostly.

        I've used Ubuntu Studio for ages. Got Mint on a spare laptop. Both are good, but I don't know too much about others.

              Appreciate the thoughts. I'm downloading Mint right now. I tended to like it, so, why not. Plus, it's basically Ubuntu under the hood as I understand.
