A #spring day on San Francisco's Embarcadero, shortly before disappointed S.F. Giants fans came and overtook the scene, walking toward the iconic Bay Bridge on the left ...

Thank you -- I literally got there just in time for it to be peaceful and relatively quiet ... several thousand people were coming that way not long after!
Yes, the Bay Bridge, though not as pretty as its sibling the Golden Gate, is one of the world's best-known bridges, and always photographs well!
It's probably all that Hollywood media that has made them so well known. It makes sense that they're used frequently in shows and movies.
People in a photograph can be hit or miss, especially a crowd, so it's better to just avoid it sometimes. 😄
Yep ... they were built at just the right time, in just the right place, to make the movies!
I generally avoid people in photographs in general except for perspective ... there is nothing like a person to give us perspective on the size of natural things, but I am a European in my thinking about people's clearly recognizable images ... "neighboring rights" ... not specifically existing in U.S. law, but I believe in people's right to their own identifiable image and not to have it anywhere and everywhere without their consent.
