@forkyishere nothing. just stupid issues.
Some iPad Air they are using & instead of entering posting key, they were entering master password of the account that they created. I am so pissed. They have wasted over 10-12 account creation tokens so far
If I can help, let me know... I have tons of it, and I can spend time making them understand if you wish.

Do I need macOS to communicate with them? or is it done via other messages?
To be honest never done it, but I have other iPhones and if that's all its needed, I can help via those.

Are they able to test via the Keychain app? or they can't use other apps for valid testing?
@forkyishere They do use Hive-keychain app based testing as well. and they test posting key based login as well.
