Yeah, miners will have to adapt... or it will self balance because some would always be able to run miners, others not. But if that happens, natural separation can drive 50% attacks... I mean, it's already very close to that...

        We have always had the situation of few mining pools colluding together being able to do a 51% attack. That is an improvement over total centralization. HIVE has shown that it is possible to create more decentralization with how our Witnesses are arranged.
