It's quite sad to see these attempts to gather and extract rewards from commentrewarder. This is done by spamming the Snaps, Leothreads and Ecency microblogging!
Please people, ignore these one sentence snaps saying Hive or other crypto is great!
Snaps are even better with two or three sentences but believe me waves are too short like sometimes two words and it's been a long time since i opened leothread
I agree microblogging should be short, but posting "The best time to invest in Hive is today" every day with multiple account on Hive itself isn't really of added value I think.
Always ignoring those and other that don't engage genuinely nor with at least some relevance to the post. I might comment back the same way, though, never up voting them. Does the rewarder give out to comments that didn't get an upvote?

Yeah,this user has at least 4 accounts posting using the same format.The issue is that Peakd is not as personally involved as it should be when curating.They need to set something up OCD style to manually curate and learn how to spot token farmers like this,so they arent rewarded
What I don’t understand is why they receive rewards from the comment rewarded when the farming and spam are so obvious. They are also like a hydra, when one falls into BL they create two or three new ones and start again. 🤨
Sometimes people do comment or upvote them when they talk positive about Hive.
I'm currently kind of just skimming over them but may soon start muting as they appear to be multiplying. Guess I'll have to hope I don't accidentally sweep up anyone else on the inevitable moments I'm muting while in a bad mood ^_^;

I don't know it that deeply, but as far as I am aware downvote weight matters.
You can easily mute them by hovering over the username and clicking the three dots by the way...

Not yet... some told me that blacklisted ones we can't see anything, while muted ones you still see as 'muted' comment. Unfortunately, this doesn't work on my account. 🤷
I've muted a bunch of people who comment on everything while not really having anything to say...
