They don't and will never change except they are sick. You can't function well around them if your tolerance level is low.

Maybe that's true sha.
But I'm never seeing anything as impossible anymore.
Even when you have low tolerance, you still feel it and hope to get a better offer somewhere. The tolerance level would only make you stay till you have another job
