When it comes to going to our various place of worship, some will say they prefer an online service while others will say they always love to worship physical at their worship buildings.
Which one are you and why?
Happy Sunday everyone.

That is good. I also prefer it, except for some days that I don't have the opportunity to attend a physical one
Oh thank goodness I'm not alone. Like there's this special feeling about being there physically
There's always this kind of joy and fullness for me when it comes to that
For me, I love doing physical worship. I feel like i am able to worship with no distraction not because I can't do that too if I decide to join virtually but then I just feel like there's a way our faith works individually
I get the preference for physical worship, but I'm not sure I'd say it necessarily means fewer distractions. A physical service can have just as many distractions, sometimes even more.
Maybe the bigger factor is the mindset we bring into worship. Do you think someone who is genuinely focused can experience the same depth of worship virtually?
Yes I'd support that too. At times it's possible that we even get disconnected after been distracted in physical service cos those distractions are always very obvious than joining virtually
Like let me be there LIVE 😁 maybe my mindset was moulded from all these olden days apostolic service where pastors lay hands, annoint us and the likes. You cant get that virtually
I understand the "let me be there LIVE" part🤣🤣🤣 There's something about physically being around other people that technology can't completely reproduce, especially with things like laying on of hands and anointing you said
Shey you get.... Saying you prefer to join The EXPERIENCE virtually than been there physically. The mood and atmosphere can't be the same
I get you 🤣🤣😂 There really is something about experiencing a moment with people in the same room especially in a gathering that is alive that a screen can't fully reproduce. Even when the message is the same, the atmosphere can change how you experience it
Do you think it's the collective energy of everyone being there that makes the biggest difference?
It's part o. Just reason it as guys who refuses to watch football match at home and would rather go to viewing center
What a perfect analogy you just gave 🤣🤣😅😂that full feeling at the viewing centre can't be compared to watching it alone
Absolutely.... It can't ever be the same so we should not even compare them 😁
Do you think you'd still prefer physical worship if those physical experiences weren't part of your church tradition?
I don't think I will still go for virtual cos it's about the mindset actually
Yeah and once it's set on something, it takes a great conviction to change it
Exactly. Physical presence doesn't automatically mean deeper connection. Sometimes you're physically there but mentally somewhere else, while someone watching from home may be completely focused
Do you think the atmosphere itself is what makes physical worship more meaningful for you?
Always the physical for me, it's how it should be. That's how members of the church would relate as God expects us to. After all, online worship is a recent technology update and we all know how this era is slowly getting rid of human involvement in general.
But of course, we all can't do the same thing or think the same. And that's the division that will always exist until Christ returns. Hopefully, we all keep our hearts right with God.
I like going to church in body And flesh and bone 😆 I like it better than online one
