Some asshole on a 2-stroke toy of some kind has been ripping up and down the road every 20 minutes or so for hours now. It's almost 1:30 AM, and I'm about ready to go guerrilla to stop it.

Be careful, what if he has a pistol. He wouldn't be on the road that late if he doesn't have a weapon of sort.
I was exaggerating for comedic effect, but if there were reason for a real confrontation, I would definitely be armed myself as well, just in case they were the violent road rage sort.
