When it comes to thinking that's what I don't know how to go about it, people hardly believe it when I tell them that I don't know how to think, I remembered that I didn't take a cup of water before going to bed I think that's the cause.
Milk is not good for my health so I can't take milk but I heard it works so well , maybe I will ask my doctor if I can start taking milk now.
