Most of the days, I like to do my workouts in the mornings. I feel some high morale for the day when I do that, especially when I must step out.
But the few times I had to do my workouts in the evenings before bedtime, I notice I sleep way better and feel so alive by morning.

Which do you think is better, morning or evening workouts? And which do you do mostly?

Sort:

And someone who goes to work early in the morning will settle for evening gym or weekend own...and you doing your workout before bed time and sleeping better might be as a result of the stress, and when our body is stressed, sleep comes easier

Stress is a common thing at the end of the day so something to relief the stress right before bed sounds like a good deal.

Personally, I think both moments have their benefits.
Exercising in the morning can give you a boost of energy and helps you start the day in a good mood.
On the other hand, exercising in the afternoon can be an excellent way to release accumulated stress and improve the quality of sleep.
In my case, I usually exercise in the morning because it helps me stay active throughout the day.

I haven't thought about that benefit of exercising in the afternoon, to release accumulated stress.

I think that's why it's always recommended to move one's body during the day, especially for those with office work where they have to sit all day.

For me, I'll go for morning exercise. It gives me a lighten body and boost my energy to work.
Although I've not tried out the evening exercise and I also feel like our body system varies so what works for you might not work for me

I do morning workout most of the time, so yeah, I agree it does all that for the body.

Yes, the body system varies and we should do what works best for our body.

I rather go about 6:30pm. Earlier to sunny and hot.

You mean evening right? But how is that earlier to sunny and hot?

Yes, pm is evening.

So it gets hot at night over there?

Personally, haven't really given it a deep thoughts like that. But with this question and what I've seen around. I don't think anyone is better....

Yeah, anyone of them you decide to do is great. The most important thing is, you're moving your body.

I said that because I feel a banker can't be heading to the gym early in the morning. Most who goes to early morning gym are either remote workers or those with a very flexible working time....

That's right!
I see a lot of those office or early morning workers do theirs on weekends especially Saturdays.
