Yep, me too. Big Love for Chinese Food. Actually the way of Chinese cooking impressed me so much in my time when becoming a chef, that i couldn't do otherwise then adapt to it. French Cuisine is just lame in comparison. 😬

But a fresh sushi just makes me happy too...
