Today was a very stressful day.
Had a case of RTA. Injury from below the elbow to the wrist. I could see tendons, and bones. Bleeding was profuse, like an open tap. The entire ground of my this emergency unit was soiled with blood. Welp, that's how my day went. How about yours?
😲 it looked all clean like nothing happened I'm trying to picture the scenario. It is indeed a stressful day. Well my day wasn't that bad. I've been at home all day.
That's after our intervention. If I had snapped the picture of when we were suturing the injury, some people may not be able to view it cause' of how it was.
Oh Chim... I can tell it was a serious case but thanks to you and the rest of the health practitioners, I bet the patient feels much relieved now.

My day was just okay 🥲
The patient feels a whole lot better now. The hand was safely sutured, and properly covered. He lost a lot of blood, but refused transfusion because he felt the immediate threat to his life was eradicated.. Welp, he began to agitate for discharge, so, Dama was given, and he left.
Ayyyyy.... I'm shocked.
It's okay if someone feels their life is at stake in situations like that, but then again, the likes of you are there for the enlightenment. But sha , some people are just way too stubborn for their own good.

Honestly, and it irks me. Welp, it's not my life though. All I can do is encourage the patient to stay, if they don't, then, there's nothing I can do.
For real... You've done your part already and that's just it.
It's not like you can force any of these people into it.
I can only imagine how stressful your day was.

Health practitioners do see a lot, and I can't help but commend y'all always. Remember those times I'm hospitalized, it was a lot. I saw things, though I'm sure y'all see even muh more.

I've seen things, and I know that I'll see things. Sometimes, I even remember a lot of things I saw and get scared. Though, I'm used to those memories sha, and I've gotten over it.
All I can say is, well-done. You guy's are really trying. I know it's not easy though, I can tell from experience
