Yeah it did me well. I recently used it to help me play back all the tapes so I could digitize them. Right when I got done I noticed a couple small pieces fell out when unloading the tape. Not sure if it still works but it finished the job. :)

        Sounds like it picked perfect moment to retire. 😄 At least it held together long enough for you to get every tape digitized. That's a pretty good send-off for an old machine after years of service.
