Depending where you're at might need to avoid even in daylight. Least in some of the cities here 😞

It's true. I feel safe for the most part but things have deteriorated. Right now it's safe because there's a large police presence (and clean up) for the World Cup. But you gotta keep those eyes wide open for any mayhem 👀
