Yay! Manage to wrangle in the last 3 that slept in a tree last night. They're all in their new fence. So far, they're getting along ok. They still have room to run around. No one is trying to escape yet 🙌

They have such a fantastic view. Are the roosters more troublesome than the hens?
They can be. They tend to want to fight. But not too terribly. I've not seen them really hurt the other's.
It's good to hear they're well behaved for the most part. I was a chased by a feisty one as a kid. 😄
My main rooster was incubated. We held him when he was little. He doesn't like that so much now but will sit in your lap if your still. Here he is on my son's leg just chilling 🤣😍

Wow! That's a big rooster. Those feet look powerful. I wouldn't want him chasing me. 😄
He thinks anytime you have something in your hand is for him. Which is our fault cuz he's spoiled. Micah shares his popcorn with them etc.. So now he'll come up and might try to take whatever out of your hand🤣
So far only one has escaped. It was a young one. It wanted back in after it got out. It missed it's momma lol
Hopefully. I don't want to clip them. So far they're calm and ok. No major fighting between the roosters. That's my biggest concern is them fighting. I have to many roosters 🤦
Yeah I need more hens 🤦🤣
We had more at one time but they'd go broody out in the woods and most of the time they didn't come back.
Oh yeah there will be now that they can't lay in the woods anymore. I'll have to start giving them away to neighbors and friends all the extras. Or pickle them😋 do you like pickled eggs?
