First my son, after that my wife & at last, I get infected.

Here, we have this usual pattern -
Running nose followed by sore throat & after that headache or fever or body aches
Is it any different there?

Well, 27Cā° or 30Cā° is fine. Anything above that with humidity is very uncomfortable.
