Monsoon is here
When I was in USA, people were sad upon seeing monsoon and clouds
Now, Indians, usually when they see rain or encounter monsoon season, they tend to get happy
So I discussed with this Friends of mine in USA and realised that over here, monsoon is connected to happiness, farming, Water Supplies and many other good things
So cultural difference, which you notice only after being at other place
