Yes it is nepal. Crazy times there indeed. More i get therapy on this the more I realize life was kind of brainwashed lab rat type. So moved out and financially stable (atleast enough to pay rent and survive).
In my case, it’s absolutely true that they loved and cared about me, but their irrationality was not equal to that love, they mixed the two and used love as an excuse for control.
I hope you can protect yourself first and then, if you want, you can rebuild the relationship on more equal ground with your own boundaries in place
