Sometimes I wonder if it's just brands selling stuff to people to make money.
I know people who drink alcohol their whole life and live longer than people who drink these herbal healthy stuff. Maybe it's just genes I think
Yes, there's a lot of companies around ready to exploit any opportunity. I'm going more for a low cost cooking from scratch approach. I've written about it on my blog 😍
