Over the recent years, I've had a terrible relationship with my dad ~ he crossed the line and turned a good thing bad.
But now???
Things aren't just about to change. They already are, and I couldn't be any happier 🤭.
If i am to say something honest, I will tell you your dad never acted bad. Probably, he was trying to protect you in his own way which you didn't feel comfortable with. Good that you are all good now.

I know how girls think about their Father's overprotective tendencies because I am a father myself and I know how hard it has been to make my daughter understand my actions are for her wellbeing.
Trust me I do know that. I mean, mine was once my number one friend after all. I literally spent all evenings after school engaging in activities with him ❤️

That's a good news, I hope he won't break your heart next time. I think anyone can be a parent but not everyone is a good parent. People should learn parenting before taking kids otherwise they end up hurting them. I wish you happiness hope everything goes well.
