A fully AI-generated scientific paper passed human peer review and would have been published if it were not withdrawn by the creators of the "AI scientist". #stem

There are more and more cases like that. Feels like every week my fav science podcast talks about that, how peer review is getting more and more difficult because it's not just human scammers anymore, but humans using AI to make it unnoticeable.

This is getting wilder and wilder over time.

mainstream science became a joke quite a while ago... so, no wonder it's getting artificed now.

You've got a nice point here.
