If there are that many possibilities then it's all down to luck. I eliminated some early on.
I sometimes choose to try a totally different word, just to rule out more letters.
That's an option, but you may not have many attempts.
I failed on Connections today :(
I found out that connections is a bit too difficult for me as a non-native English speaker. We have a quiz on Dutch television that also has a 'connections' round, so I know the principle.
We have a show like that too. Only Connect is hard, but I enjoy the challenge
I managed to get two out of the four though.
