The Swiss are looking at putting #solar panels on railway tracks. They have machines to install them. There are lots of places we could put panels.

I lived near Freiburg many years ago. The Germans were ahead on renewables back then.

Yes, but politics (CDU/CSU) stopped the progress.
Now the same again.

The politics is one thing, but the attitudes of people matter. We need to care about things. The danger is that environmental issues get pushed down the agenda.

Many people will only realize when it directly costs them money.
They don't realize, they are already paying in so many ways indirect.
