It's been converted to apartments now. Probably very expensive.

There are new apartment blocks all along the river. I can't afford to live in London, but we can get there pretty quick anyway.

That happens with the new flats in Prague too. To a certain extent, I could imagine London rents are on a completely different level, but still :)
