Have you considered just making it a PWA to avoid the delays in getting listed? Unless you spend a fortune, there isn't any real exposure on IOS/Google market places.

        I did... but it seems like people perceive it as "not legit" unless the stores have the app. I disagree, but its not an uncommon sentiment.
