I totally understand that reaction. hahaha
But it's usually for patients with severe conditions, or very elderly ones. Their family or SO will sign a consent for it. Sometimes, trying to save their life through CPR or other procedures would further damage their bodies.
I understand but I just think they should give more priority to healthcare
They're still given the usual treatment... but in case an attack occur, the health practitioners won't do anything. It was tough. I tried it. I was ambu bagging an old patient in the ER, but then the family told us to stop and signed a DNR. I didn't want to stop. T_T
