Just returned from a walk around Mehrangarh Fort. It's actually not a fort but a citadel, a huge citadel, with the city walls around it. Mind-blowing fortification! #jodhpur #india #snapieapp

It's quite usual that they destroy city walls just to get more space for the city's growth. As for Jodhpur, they still have a part of this wall but some parts were demolished, as I know. I just started exploring the city.
Looks like historical city mentioned in the Bible. This is a fortified city.
