It doesn't matter where it is. You can then redirect that blog to one of your own domains.
Yes, you right in theory (and that's one of the beautiful things of HIVE)...
But in practice my blogs render slightly different on Ecency than on Peakd.
And I do prefer Peakd, but that's a personal thing !
I completely understand your personal choice of the Hive blockchain front-end. What I meant to say is that this blog option—at least on Ecency—is different; or, as you put it, it renders differently than the original Ecency website. It’s just an .md file so that AI can read it smoothly. I assume it will be similar if PeakD does something along these lines. Otherwise, since this is a paid service, PeakD could offer a different service—but that’s just my personal opinion.
Hmm... anyway: I think it's a great new dev from Ecency and I'm going to check it out in more detail to see what it can do
A personal styling (CSS) option, would definitely make it worth paying for it! Not only for my personal blog but also for my (small) business website!
Agree! Or a template option, or adding static pages without blockchain, etc.
