Well I would vote yes and I did. But I would want to ask, for all the work required to build a project, do they get any direct benefit from the fund to sustain themselves to build? I haven't built programs before but I assume it won't be easy.
However my answer remains yes. Since Hive is built on a transparency model
Yes kind of agreement I am not sure how they distribute there funds that not transparent yet but maybe in the future it will. This Poll was just to take an idea of what people thinks let's see how others will react on this.

We shoul rather audit the beneficiaries to assess whether they have reached stated goals - if they deliver why bothering with public ledger. Since DHF operates in 0-1 terms we might need to think about setting escrow entity, that would receive direct payments from DHF and release them along the way.
