So in addition,if someone goal, looks more like a long term investor, you actually want to keep KE low or even lower by powering up more; if you specifically want the number to rise, you would have to slow down power ups or power down some HP so your rewards total becomes large relative to your current stake.

From a Van Tilian perspective, the 5th direction is problematic, for it assumes the neutrality of reason. As such, it negates the doctrine of sin and the person of the Holy Spirit. The reason of a man under the state of sin is different from the reason of the man under the state of grace.
Even though reason is not the same for everybody, its use is common to all. For a reason to remain idle and unused, in the mind of Baxter, it is equivalent to possessing no reason at all. Nevertheless, I agree with Baxter that the use of reason is of primary importance and that the law of God is reasonable and promotes the happiness of man. However, it only appears reasonable for man under the state of grace. For a man under the state of sin, divine law is irrational and foolish.
Furthermore, I like how Baxter describes sin and grace. For him, "sin, as it is in the understanding, is nothing but unreasonableness" and "grace, as in the
understanding makes us reasonable again" (Christian Ethics, 1966, p. 24). This is later picked up by Herman Bavinck, a Dutch theologian, affirming the existence of believing reason, a reason restored and empowered by faith.
As a practical application of direction 5 about the use of reason in matters of the afterlife, Baxter advised withdrawing oneself from the crowd and daily affairs and contemplating the end of life here on earth. And then he added this uncomfortable thought: if it is reasonable for a man to think of the matters of life in this world 365 days in a year and be unable to give even an hour in a day or one day in a week to contemplate about the afterlife.

Yeah thats why I am not here for the money. Invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum if you want to make money through appreciation of the coin. Otherwise build a business on HBD and just charge people HBD for your solutions. You can open a store and do dropshipping or participate on marketplaces.
I recommend a couple of projects to automate the creation of a webshop. One is HiveLists Store, the other is Waivio.
Each have tutorials on how to get started, I suggest to take a look first, so you get the idea. The project founders are also very attentive on the support channels on discord.
I am here money because I dont have people with me here so... I agree I have to push the funds to ethereum once hive appreciates. nobody would pay with HBD and hive so cant build business with hive. I may have to find other solutions too.
Well the idea is that you use v4v.app or VSC to accept Bitcoin Lightning Network, or Eth, LTC, etc... and then sell it back to HBD. That way you can add more mainstream coins.
On the consumer side too many steps. Consumers don't want too many steps. and if you accept with BTC why would you downgrade to HIVE?
That won't be the consumer side, that would be your side. The consumer can pay with BTC LN but it will be routed to your v4v.app wallet and if they pay with ETH or USDT, it will be sent to your VSC account.
Right now any Hive user can receive BTC LN by sending sats to <your_hive_name>@v4v.app
VSC is a bit more complicated, and again, I think is not ready yet, but once you have an account you can take crypto as synthetic assets automatically. It's only a matter of adding that code when the user generates his payment.
Actually somehow Hivelists already have a checkout process that take USDT/USDC/DAI from different chains and L2 aside from BTC, LTC, XMR and BCH.
