How many different front-ends—none of which are fully compatible with one another—can Hive handle before some users become completely isolated in their own little bubbles, while others simply get overwhelmed and eventually lose interest? 🤓🙃
I think that decentralization is needed, but also shows how complacent our species is. Not enough get involved for it to work. All the different frontends make this worse, because it divides the community, keeping it from actually becoming one.
As Hive grows it has become impossible to do it all. I have chosen the places I am most comfortable with and put all my effort and energy there.
