Is it me or all the chips and crisps are just either too salted, too sweet or too spicy. I mean I dont enjoy any of the chips I used to. What are they doing to the flavors? Or probably I m getting old

I tried to watch a horror movie last night but didn't finish it because my 3 years old daughter was sitting on a couch with me and I couldn't let her see those scary and violent scenes. Next time I'll just watch documentaries. LoL

I did something cool yesterday.
I spoke out loud into the air.
I was alone so it wasn't weird or awkward.
But it made feel very light and more relaxed.
I wasn't even sure of the words I wanted to say.
I just kept saying words that came to mind.
It came out a lot better than leaving them in my thoughts.
That moment taught me listening to my thoughts to articulate better.
