I experienced same too.

I'm sorry the same thing happened to you. I put the case on the #3Speak Discord, I'm waiting for the answer. One is supposed to trust that the videos that are our property are not lost, mostly because the account is our own, and there is a lot of talk about the decentralized web3, and that covers countless nodes. I would not like to think that everything is a lie.

I think it happened because they worked on the site, changed and upgraded some features. I'm not sure, though.

Yesterday, the people of 3Speak replied about the case, and this is the answer they gave me:
“Hello @GER-MAN, about 6 months ago, we had a hardware failure, literally lost a hard drive. It's since been fixed, and work has continued, but while we were able to recover some older videos, not all of them made it. That part was genuinely unfortunate and not intentional. I also want to clear up a common misunderstanding: videos aren't stored on the blockchain. Hive handles text only, videos, images, and audio are referenced from posts, not stored on-chain. Looking ahead, 3Speak is moving toward a sustainable model. Without ads, there's no way to offset long-term storage costs indefinitely. SPK Network is days away from launching, which will let anyone back up and host their own videos for as long as they want. 3Speak will serve as the delivery platform and initial hosting solution. We haven't finalized the details on the freemium model yet (which we're absolutely keeping), but something like a 3-month hosting window is being discussed, after which users can self-host indefinitely. These changes aren't a reaction to the hardware failure, they're part of a necessary roadmap shift to keep the project alive long-term.”
