One day, I convinced my grandma to step out with me.
We waited… and waited… but none of the autos would stop to take us home. The sun was setting, and I was getting frustrated.
Finally, after what felt like forever, one auto stopped. We got in, and I asked the driver, “How much?”
He smiled and said,
“I’ve been waiting for a chance to help someone who truly needs it. Today, it’s you. I don’t take money for this.”
That day, I realized—humanity still exists. 💛
