I put my body through hunger stress. I just had my breakfast at 2pm ( it shouldn't be called breakfast since it's already noontime)

Anyways, I feel so weak after eating. I think I should have soda drink or yogurt 🤔

Why did you do that, where you fasting?

Go go drink something

Technically you 'broke' your fasting. So still a 'breakfast', but we call it usually 'brunch' (break-lunch).
