14/30 🌙 Quiet Reflections with Merit

Wrote on my journal, checked off on my habit tracker, all set for sleep.

I took a 30-min walk that has helped relieved from the day's stress too.

Yesterday, I went for walk three times 🤭. And, I just fell a sleep after that. So, a good morning from my side.
