I would make some announcements about the missing wallet and try to find the owner. Because I don't think I have the right to donate someone else's money. You never know what financial problems they are going through. If I can't find the owner, I will leave it to the nearby police station.
I'll wait first to find the real owner first, if failed will donate it after a reasonable duration of waiting ⏰.
It depends on the situation, I am in. Like if I am broke, I am keeeping and saying God helped me. If I am in a middle situation, I am for donation and for me. If I have somewhat enough money, then I am donating it all. Handing it our to someone else, hmmm. The country I live in, nope at all. Lol 😂
I'll wait in by a side in position for sometime to find the owner, and if no one comes or I don't hear someone talking about a missing wallet, I will donate the money to the orphanage because I believe they need the money more than I do.
