what sort of file format are you uploading? seems likes its incompatible with our encoders.
I checked the details, and it shows "mp4". Is it the file format? Or shall I check again? I captured it via Snapchat, though.
if you are on discord, find me, send me the raw file.. im going to do a probe and figure out why this is not encoding. Saw a few errors today, videos not encoding... so it might be connected to a Android update

I tried it again, and this time it's working. The only difference between the both videos is the time duration: first one was 0:01 seconds (more like a giphy style); second one is 0:03 seconds (this one is working). Last night, I uploaded another video of around 0:07 seconds, captured via Snapchat and it was also working fine. So maybe, it is the time duration.
