On this special night, happiness begins in our own kitchen. Today, our family gathered to create our favorite Thai dishes. It's not just about cooking, but about sharing our love and connection through familiar and beloved flavors. Whether it's crispy fried fish on the outside and tender on the inside, a spicy mackerel chili paste, a delicious sour fish curry, or the indispensable, fragrant Thai fried rice, every dish is crafted by us, making this meal even more special.
Fruit Soda
Making this drink is easier than you might think.
- Ingredients:
- 1 part Blue Hawaii concentrate
- 2 parts chilled soda water
- Ice
- Fruit, such as orange slices, lime, or berries
Instructions
- Pour the syrup into a prepared glass
- Add ice
- Slowly pour in the soda water to create a fizzy bubble
- Garnish with fruit of your choice

Peach Apricot Soda
But what we can't forget to mention is the fruit soda drink, which was the highlight of the night.
Yuzu Orange Soda, a refreshing yellow drink with a sweet and sour taste of yuzu.
This menu is the idea of my beloved daughter. She told me the recipe and we had fun making it together.
The colorful drinks you see in this picture are our creations. They look so delicious and refreshing that everyone at the table had to compliment them and the atmosphere at the table was filled with smiles.
Besides the food and drinks, another thing that impressed me the most that night was the photography. The lighting in my restaurant created a unique and beautiful color palette. The purple and pink combinations created a soft and captivating atmosphere, making the photos taken with a simple mobile phone truly stunning. I absolutely loved the colors. It captured a unique memory.
We ate close to my mother's bed, which made us feel warm and close. Seeing my mother happy and spending time together was a precious moment for all of us. In addition to photographing the food and drinks, I also captured images of my mother to share this joy with my friends.
This evening was not just an ordinary meal, but an evening filled with love, warmth, laughter, and wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
