Since many tourists are not yet familiar with Thai food, especially Southern Thai cuisine, which is characterized by its rich, well-balanced, and spicy flavors, we, as vendors, have to take on the roles of both seller and food expert. We offer smiles, engage in conversation, recommend various dishes in a friendly manner, and, of course, let you sample them fresh right there. We want everyone to open their minds and experience the true charm of Southern Thai curry.
And the most memorable moment was seeing his expression and smile after taking his first bite. His hesitation turned into a wide smile, saying it was delicious and he happily ordered more to share. It was a moment that instantly relieved all the fatigue and stress from a full day of preparations, replacing it with happiness and fun.
