I dont think USA is retarded. Iran was negotiate to detract from nuclear energy for decades. Trump is just the only president that decided to do something real about it. You can ask AI for past negotiations from Europe and the US toward Iran and their nuclear projects. You can also search for Iran's threats to Israel and the US. And finally you can look for direct links of funding of Iran to Hessbola, and other terrorist organizations. Then you should read the documents and AI there are many videos done on Iran recent history and evolution of both, the regime and the political and economic changes. It used to be the Persian society with their culture and was taken over by Islam through the Islamic revolution and just like Afghanistan most of the culture was eradicated and their people enslaved under the veil of Islam. You can find pictures of Iran before the revolution and society was very different. Similar to how Cuba was before communism. You can ask AI to verify that information. But you can't just come up with stuff and say "that's what they want you to think", you need to show evidence.
