Online learning is gaining more momentum these days and I absolutely love it as an alternative to physical, structured learning. The flexibility and chance to visit recorded sessions are the reasons I'll always advocate for it.

Online learning has been a great advantage today. I've benefited from it. Yes, the chance to visit recording sessions is a big one.

Me too, it was bound to have a come up, as I think that physical form is not sustainable.

True. Physical learning isn't suitable for everyone, so it's good to have an alternative.

Is not a matter of suitability for people, is about spread of topics. Is hard to get an expert in a room for topics that are not on a college curriculum. Also the advantage of having a community, a convenience of pausing the lesson, revisiting older lessons, and also going through the material at your own pace. I know many people are used to physical education, but the options are limited. I usually get a lot of push back from people when I tell them this situation.

Learning online requires mental grit, discipline and passion for the course, else no progress will be achieved. I look forward to completing my canva design course this month. Big ups to self-paced learning!

@chefqueen @afrikens what do you guys think about online learning?

My dear Yechee, make I no talk. You have said it all and even with passion for the course but in the absence of discipline, nothing will still be done. I have a data analytics scholarship that is currently wasting away like this. Although I can say limited resources partake in it

Like I mentioned to Dave, acknowledging our limitations nd shortcomings helps us see the best possible way to fix things for our success. I hope in the future you can utilize your opportunities more.

Yeaah I really hope so

This is actually the hard part about online learning. The discipline has to be there and the zeal to stay through and finish. Wish you the best. Hope you finish well and come teach us.

I think it's great to acknowledge the barriers in it because it also helps you put in more effort in the long run. I also hope I finish strong. Thanks!

Learning from the comfort of our homes feels nice.

I agree!

Quite convenient, but it requires consistency and self-dedication. Otherwise, procrastination will take over pretty easily :(
