When I was a child and adolescent it was complicated for my family to give me good food, we ate what we could, but it was not good at all, because there was a lack of fruit and vegetables, we couldn't buy them. I learned the value of the importance of eating properly and now I eat healthy and without excesses even though I am not a person who eats a lot, in fact I eat very little.
That dish... in my case it would be lunch and I would have some left over, but it looks delicious.
