What surprises me a lot of times is how people get kicked, jet refused to learn, and then complain about getting kicked over and over again. Even friends of mine. I've become quite allergic to that, either shutting down or asking bluntly: "So, what you're going to do about it?"

Sometimes it works. Mostly it doesn't.
