I've received several blows to the head and one of them taught me that I shouldn't be so trusting. I said something very personal to someone I thought was my friend and then it was used against me. At the time, it hurt, but I learned my lesson. Not everyone is a friend.

Ah yes, a tough lesson to learn. Information is power and giving it to the wrong people often goes badly. It's even worse when it's handed to someone we trust only to find out they have abused that trust.
